The managing coach corresponds to a complete model of action involving training designed to provide the optimum profile for efficient and effective coaching within organisations.

Contents
Training will be carried out with participants taking part in person in group dynamics, workshops and learning from experience as a coach who provides reflection, analysis and increases awareness.

- To provide tools so that the manager may act as managing coach
- To provide an environment where you can reflect upon the aptitudes and personal and professional values needed to successfully carry out the role of Managing Coach.
- To practise coaching in organisations.
Duration:
From 16 to 24 hours, including a one-hour follow-up session 30 days later.
