The managing coach corresponds to a complete model of action involving training designed to provide the optimum profile for efficient and effective coaching within organisations.

Objectives
  • To acquire the strategic skills of company leadership coaching.
  • To improve communication within the company and effectiveness of teams.
  • To concentrate on commitments concerning personal, professional and company goals.
  • To optimise personal and professional activity.
Contents

Training will be carried out with participants taking part in person in group dynamics, workshops and learning from experience as a coach who provides reflection, analysis and increases awareness.

  • To understand the importance of the role of Managing Coach
  • To provide tools so that the manager may act as managing coach
  • To provide an environment where you can reflect upon the aptitudes and personal and professional values needed to successfully carry out the role of Managing Coach.
  • To practise coaching in organisations.
Duration:

From 16 to 24 hours, including a one-hour follow-up session 30 days later.
