Or rather as we like to think of it ‘The Art of Saying No’. Our Assertiveness Training work can be tailored as an in-house programme to address specific Assertiveness issues within your company.

Method
We use a visual model to explain assertive behaviour and unassertive behaviour that is too accommodating and what happens to people under stress.
- Group work using role-play in the theatre
- Presentation and use of games
