Methods

The focus of each project is based on learning about the situation of each client, strengthening the areas to be improved, applying the appropriate action and evaluating the results obtained.

Stage 1. Planning

Metodología This involves identifying needs and defining the area and action the client needs in order to support their plans and goals.

This is the moment in which to analyse the situation, form questions, set goals that they intend to reach and to define the strategy plan to be followed.

Stage 2. Design and development

The necessary procedures, materials and resources for carrying out plans in the chosen area and following them up are prepared and revised.

Stage 3. Development of the chosen area

This involves putting the chosen area and action into practice. Theatre participants become the stars.

Stage 4. Follow-up and observation

Evaluation depends on the perception of actions carried out, knowledge acquired by the participants, the extent to which this can be applied to their particular job and the impact of the activity on the organisation and is given via an aptitude report.

Follow-up is carried out via e-mail or in person 30 days following training.

Measurement of the results assures fulfilment of the goals set, ending the project with success.
