Starting out with a strategic training plan for salesmen and one-year Regional managers to develop skills, where we support the new structure and business objectives of Selectia.

The development of this training plan was mainly carried out in English.

The areas developed with the salesmen were; Sales, customer management, social psychology and assertive communication.

The areas developed with the Regional Managers were; Mediterranean coast market analysis, Spanish culture, personal and professional efficiency, success without a suit and assertive communication.

The main benefits were higher motivation, awareness of their role when giving information and selling to the client and integration into Selectia.
