A team challenge
This is a training programme designed to draw out all of the creative energy of the members of a company.
It is designed to develop improvisation, confidence, visualisation and adaptation to change by putting it into practice.
How do we do it?
It takes place in a theatre or in the open air, where, in groups of two or three people, the participants must face a tough challenge in the acting out of a theatre play or a company role play.
After intensive rehearsals, including all kinds of props, each group will act out their plays and a group of professionals will judge their creativity, initiative and teamwork.

Duration
From 8 to 16 hours. Can be adapted to suit needs.
The programme is ideal for encouraging teamwork. With the preparation of a play under pressure the coordination and creation of synergies among members of the group is improved.
